What type of design project do you have?

A. We offer a FREE initial consultation for 30 minutes in person or via phone to review your initial print project ideas, and requirements, during this initial consultation information is gathered about your business and we learn about what you are trying to achieve.
Q. I had my initial consultation, and I love the ideas we discussed, but I want to discuss about this some more how can I get another consultation?
A. Yes! We would be happy to consult with you, beyond our initial free consultation; we also offer a marketing consultation or brain-storming session, at $30 per hour.
Q. I had my initial consultation, and I emailed over my design project files and requirements. How do we go over revisions?
A. Once your initial consultation is completed, and project work has begun, all current project edits or revisions should be handled by email so that we can efficiently track all your requests. If after reviewing your email revisions, we need further clarification we will arrange to chat with you by phone. We will provide a proof for all requested document edits.
Q. How many revisions does each project get:
A. If you started this project with a good idea of what you want to achieve, there should be no more than 1-2 revisions at the very most 3 revisions, beyond that there is a revisions fee of $30.
A. Yes we can arrange to discuss your new project by phone, email or in person for up to 30 minutes to discuss the details of your new projects.
Q. When do I pay for my print projects?
A. All payments for custom print work is required before the design process can begin. Once you have requested a new project, we will provide a project estimate, once payment is received; the design process can be started.
Q. How do I get the best result?
· Know what you want, have an idea of the desired outcome.
· Be as detailed in your email description of the project outcome.
· If you think you need more help, request a brainstorming session, so together we can create the ideal print / design project.
· Review other print such as magazines to get design ideas.
A. All print projects, should be emailed with all specifications, what do you want specifically printed on the business card, post card, banner, letter head etc? What sizes, what colors, what is the product goal? Double sided or one sided? Etc.
