Working in the Community

We understand that SUCCESS is defined differently for everyone but we believe that each individual’s pursuit of a
success involves help, support, empowerment, encouragement and guidance from other people.

We believe that it is important to take a strength based, support focused and culturally competent approach to
helping the individuals and families we served.

Our mission is the driving force behind all the work we do. Our mission begins with individuals and families but with
the collective consciousness of developing positive change; it can expand to neighborhoods, communities, cities,
states, countries, and the world… with time (and the continued development of technology) maybe even the entire
universe.
